In Walter Salles’ I’m Still Here, Rubens Paiva (Selton Mello) is brought in for interrogation by the Brazilian military dictatorship and never seen or heard from again. For years, his wife Eunice (Fernanda Torres) remains determined to keep on living for her family and to fight to have her husband declared legally dead so that they can finally find some sense of closure.
