John Hoogenakker is everywhere at the moment. On Hulu, he’s Curt Knox, the father of exchange student Amanda Knox in The Twisted Tale of Amanda Knox. On Apple TV+, he’s Andy Montgomery, a federal agent keeping taps on Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon). And in Paul Thomas Anderson’s One Battle After Another, he’s acting as part of one hell of an impressive ensemble.
Awards Buzz spoke with Hoogenakker about his enthusiasm for the projects he’s a part of, and in particular his admiration for Grace Van Patten, Witherspoon, and Anderson.
