“I used to watch Stuart Scott and marvel at how he brought culture—Black culture, hip-hop references, and much more—to ESPN when sports journalism lacked such elements. He was one of a kind! He changed the way people broadcast sports. I always thought about having a film about him – a scripted story about him, because, wow, he’s powerful.”
