Interview: Erika Henningsen on Ginny’s Wonderful Complexity and Working with Great Actors in ‘The Four Seasons’

In Netflix’s The Four Seasons, three couples reunite for what most expect to be a happy occasion only to see one of the theoretically most stable among them separate. No longer married to Anne (Kerri Kenney-Silver), Nick (Steve Carell) embarks on a new adventure with the much younger Ginny (Erika Henningsen), who doesn’t always fit in with his friends.

Awards Buzz spoke with Henningsen about how much she likes that Ginny isn’t merely a caricature and has layers. Watch the video above to hear about working with the rest of this cast and how this space feels compared to the world of musical theater.

Season one of The Four Seasons is streaming on Netflix.
