In the Apple TV+ series The Studio, everyone is trying to get to the top. While fast-talking Sal Saperstein loses out on the newly-open job of head of Continental Studios to his friend Matt Remick (Seth Rogen), he’s living large when every winner at the Golden Globes chooses to reference him, boosting his ego as part of a running joke that is rooted in complete randomness.
