In The Pitt, Dr. Robby (Noah Wyle) leads a team at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital emergency room through a fifteen-hour work shift. One of the most confident – but not necessarily – most skilled or experienced residents is Dr. Trinity Santos (Isa Briones), who makes more than a few questionable moves that don’t show her as a team player looking to learn from her more seasoned colleagues.
