In the final season of HBO’s Somebody Somewhere, Joel (Jeff Hiller) explores his newfound relationship with Brad (Tim Bagley) as he contemplates how that affects things with his best friend Sam (Bridget Everett) and his connection to a place that’s brought him great comfort: church.
