In season five of Only Murders in the Building, Charles (Steve Martin), Oliver (Martin Short), and Mabel (Selena Gomez) are investigating a more personal crime with the death of doorman Lester (Teddy Coluca). As they look for suspects, they encounter a trio of wealthy, powerful businesspeople (Christoph Waltz, Renée Zellweger, and Logan Lerman) and Sofia (Téa Leoni), a woman with connections to the mob.
