Interview: Nicole Beharie on Joining ‘The Morning Show’ and Getting to Know Chris Hunter

In its third season, The Morning Show introduced Chris Hunter (Nicole Beharie), a new host for the show-within-a-show. Among other memorable moments, Chris took on board member Cybil Reynolds (Holland Taylor) over racist comments and made a bold statement when she found out about the SCOTUS decision overturning Roe v. Wade that put a target on her back and required the network to hire security for her.

Awards Buzz spoke with Beharie about her relationship to the show before joining it and what it was like to become a part of it. Watch the video above to hear her thoughts on working with Holland Taylor and her reflections on some of her other formative roles.
