Jason Reitman’s Saturday Night depicts the chaotic minutes leading up to the first-ever broadcast of what would soon become known as Saturday Night Live as creator Lorne Michaels (Gabriel LaBelle) scrambles to get everything to fall into place. Among the many personalities in his orbit is one of his new show’s regular cast members, Gilda Radner (Ella Hunt).
Awards Buzz spoke with Hunt about her excitement for the role and the research she had to do to learn about the iconic Radner. Watch the video above to hear about the wild experience of making the film and the still-fervent fanbase for one of her previous roles in Dickinson.
