Jane Lynch has an impressive Emmy record, picking up trophies for Glee, Hollywood Game Night, Dropping the Soap, and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. This year, she could be back in the race for her guest spot on Only Murders in the Building, which already earned her a nomination for season one. As Sazz Pataki, the stunt double for actor Charles-Haden Savage (Steve Martin), Lynch adds considerable pizzazz to a surprisingly small part that’s set to be expanded (beware spoilers) in the forthcoming fourth season.
Awards Buzz spoke with Lynch about getting to work with the cast and be a part of the popular series. Watch the video above to hear her reflect on her work in a handful of other series, including The L Word, Two and a Half Men, Glee, and Party Down, that have populated a remarkable and memorable career.
Jane Lynch is eligible for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series at this year’s Emmy Awards. The first three seasons of Only Murders in the Building are streaming on Hulu, with season four set to debut August 27th.
