Mary McDonnell is a two-time Oscar nominee who, in the three decades since, has managed to become a TV staple, leading the beloved Battlestar Galactica reboot opposite Edward James Olmos and taking over team leader duties from The Closer’s Kyra Sedgwick on its successful spinoff Major Crimes. For her most recent TV project, she ventured into a new genre, horror, with Netflix’s The Fall of the House of Usher.
