June 20, 2024In the HBO series The Gilded Age, now in its second season, George Russell (Morgan Spector) and Bertha Russell (Carrie Coon) are wealthy members of high society in late 1800s New York City, but they are still made to feel like outcasts because they’re not like their neighbors who have lived and been part of their community for years. As they strive to become accepted and just as prosperous socially as they are financially, the Russells will stop at nothing to achieve their goals.

Morgan Spector is eligible for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series at this year’s Emmy Awards. Seasons one and two of The Gilded Age are available to stream on HBO.
