Charlie Cale (Natasha Lyonne) has an incredible power: she can tell if people are lying. Yet she’s always finding herself in trouble, happening to be around murder after murder as she’s on the run from the dangerous people dead set on finding her. In season two of Poker Face, Charlie encounters new eccentric characters as she stumbles into more sticky situations and pieces together who the culprit is and how they almost got away with it.
Awards Buzz spoke with Tony Tost about joining the show as a fan of season one to take over as showrunner for season two and how he didn’t want to change anything about a show he already thought was perfect.
