In a sit-down with Awards Buzz’s Sari Cohen, Brandon Larracuente opens up about stepping into the shoes of Officer Alex Diaz in Prime Video’s On Call.
The series, co-created by Tim Walsh (also serving as showrunner) and Elliot Wolf of Wolf Entertainment, became the first streaming scripted series from the production powerhouse and topping the charts in the U.S. and more than 40 other countries.
In their conversation, Larracuente reflects on the personal influences that inspired him to pursue acting, shares the surprising challenges of filming within the confined space of a patrol vehicle, and discusses what it was like working alongside seasoned talent like Eriq La Salle. He also dives into the immersive experience of participating in real ride-alongs.
