In The Penguin, Oz (Colin Farrell) is determined to rule Gotham City’s crime world and has very little loyalty to anyone, choosing his allies carefully. When his friends make the mistake of crossing Oz, Vic (Rhenzy Feliz) has a difficult decision to make and opts to stand firmly by Oz’s side, working hard to impress him as his driver and quickly learning what it means to be in his orbit.
