On FX’s What We Do in the Shadows, Guillermo (Harvey Guillén) is the familiar who devotes a great deal of his time to ensuring that four vampires living in modern-day Staten Island stay under the radar and understand basic pieces of what it’s like to be human, and finds himself constantly drawn back to this group even as he tries to branch out to corporate America.
