In Jury Duty: Company Retreat, the follow-up to the breakout comedy phenomenon, Wendy Braun plays a corporate overlord determined to takeover of Rockin’ Grandma’s Hot Sauce. Of course, Rockin’ Grandma’s isn’t a real company, and the retreat itself is an elaborate prank designed to fool an unsuspecting temporary assistant. But the series’ absurd premise once again proves delightfy funny.
With years of experience in improvisation and talent coaching, Braun is a natural fit for a role that demands quick thinking and a willingness to embrace the unexpected. Her over-the-top turn hits just right.
