Mike Schur returns to television with A Man on the Inside, a comedy series inspired by the Oscar-nominated Chilean documentary The Mole Agent, starring Ted Danson as Charles, a widower hired by private investigator Julie (Lilah Richcreek Estrada) to go undercover in a retirement home to find a thief.
Awards Buzz spoke with Richcreek Estrada, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, who plays Charles’ daughter Emily, and Stephanie Beatriz, who plays the retirement home’s director Didi about what appealed to them about the show.
