Jury Duty: Company Retreat follows Anthony Norman, a temporary assistant hired by Rockin’ Grandma’s, a family-owned hot sauce company, for their annual retreat. The catch, of course, is that everyone Anthony comes in contact with is a hired actor, in a planned, choreographed ruse. Almost everything is scripted—except for Anthony’s reactions—including the increasingly upsurd hijinks the unsuspecting 25-year-old is subjected to.
Emily Pendergast plays Amy, Rockin’ Grandma’s customer service representative, who unexpectedly finds herself the object of the wrong coworker’s desires. She’s a sweet Swiftie, struggling with turning 30, and ready to tackle her bucket list.
